The other specialty is irori-style grilling over binchotan charcoal. Sardines, large head-on shrimp, eel, conger eel, dried fish, Yamato chicken, wagyu, Agu pork, and seasonal vegetables develop a smoky aroma and concentrated flavor. Tempura such as shrimp, scallops, sillago, conger eel, and vegetables can also be ordered individually.

A Lunch Course for Meals and Gatherings

On weekdays and days before holidays, a ¥3,500 lunch course includes seven stages: appetizers, five kinds of sashimi, a grilled dish, three tempura items, eight pieces of sushi, red miso soup, and dessert. Reservations are available for two to 30 people. À la carte dishes are also served from lunch, and selected chuhai, highballs, and draft beer are discounted until 17:00.
