The restaurant can be busy at lunch, with lines forming before its 11:30 opening. It is on the first floor of Yorikimachi Sky Heights at 3-10-8 Tenjinbashi, three minutes from Ogimachi Station, five from JR Temma Station, and six from Minamimorimachi Station. Opened in April 2021, the restaurant's signature is a coarse-ground hamburger steak made with A5 wagyu. Choose 180 g or 250 g; sets include salad, soup, and rice or bread, with a drink available at lunch for ¥200. The firm texture, savory seasoning, and sweetness of the wagyu fat make it a substantial, meat-forward dish.
